The contracting authority would like to enter into a framework agreement with a tenderer for storage and logistical services for 'Skolesamlingen' and 'Lesefrø-samlingen'.

The school service and Lesefrø consist of a book collection of approx. 130,000 copies that is lent out to primary and secondary schools in Oslo, public special schools, adult education centres, and nurseries. The aim of the procurement is to enter into a contract with an external provider of storage and logistical services for the collection, where there is also capacity for the collection growing by the equivalent of one year's normal growth. The media capacity therefore ought to be at least 140,000.
