The consultation consists of 2 lots. Each lot will be the subject of a separate contract: framework agreement with multi-awarded purchase orders (subject to a sufficient number of tenders).

Initial duration of the contract: 1 year, renewable three times for a maximum of 4 years.

Framework agreements with no minimum and maximum per implementation period (see Deed of Commitment).

Purchase order distribution rule: cascading (see CCAP article 5)

Supply of non-captive spare parts: routine maintenance parts, parts related to injection, ignition, sensors, engine parts, hydraulic chassis parts, cooling parts, heating, air conditioning, etc.

The brands offered must be at least equivalences of the desired "original quality" mark. Spare parts are exclusively spare parts manufactured by any company capable of certifying at any time that the quality of the parts is equivalent to that of the components which are or have been used for the assembly of motor vehicles.

Maximum amount per execution period: €470,000 (excl. VAT).

Supply of batteries, premium quality

The needs are mainly focused on 12-volt automotive batteries for different uses: starting, tendering, traction, light signalling.

Maximum amount per execution period: €40,000 (excl. VAT).
