In accordance with the proposals for the municipal plan for Oslo, which were available for public review up until 30.5.2014, area development plans shall be prepared for the areas between Frognerkilen and Lysakereiven (Oslo's part of the West Corridor). The contract's extent and content requires capacity and competence that the Planning and Property Department does not have, and the Town Development Department therefore has a need for assistance from consultants for this work.
