The tender is primarily for the provision of commercial heating servicing, repair, maintenance and installation for the associations sheltered scheme of communal housing stock within the Bracknell and surrounding area. Bracknell Forest Homes currently has ownership and/or management of ten (10) commercial schemes predominantly commercial gas boilers with associated distribution and control systems.

Secondary requirements will include support of the installation of domestic heating systems programme and it envisaged that between 120 and 150 domestic installation shall be required each annum.
