Construction of a container boiler room consisting of 4 pcs. oil and gas boilers with four fuel storage facilities in the design and build formula. The subject of the Order is described in detail in the Description of the Subject of the Order constituting Annex No. 1 to the SWZ and in the Draft provisions of the contract Appendix No. 9 to the SWZ.

The Order consists of: 1) Preparation of the necessary design documentation for the installation and foundation of four oil-gas boilers with a nominal heating power between 2.5 and 2.7 MW each (nominal fuel power below 3MWt each) using dual-fuel burners (oil and gas) with a nominal heating power on each fuel, in mobile, container, adapted to road transport, together with a flue gas exhaust system and individual chimneys for each boiler unit as well as oil storage installation. 2) Obtaining the necessary arrangements and administrative decisions and notifications of the subject of the contract necessary for final acceptance, in accordance with applicable regulations. 3) Execution of the investment consisting in the delivery and assembly along with commissioning and commissioning (in the "turnkey" formula) of four oil and gas boilers with a heating capacity between 2.5 and 2.7MW each (fuel capacity below 3MWt each), in a mobile, container version, adapted for road transport, each equipped with a fuel warehouse min. 16[m3]. 4) Design, delivery, assembly, commissioning, commissioning and commissioning of other necessary systems and installations ensuring the functionality of new oil-gas boilers, including the execution of electrical installations. 5) Development of as-built documentation, guidelines, operating instructions and training of the Ordering Party's staff.
