The Legal Office needs the hiring of staff and wants to conclude a framework agreement with one contractor to do so. To meet this need, the Legal Counter sees benefits in contracting a Broker for hire. A Broker does not employ its own secondment assignments, but can approach the entire market to find and select the best candidates. Furthermore, a Broker takes care of administrative handling and mitigating labour law risks, among other things, under the DBA Act. The Broker can only be used for administrative handling, for example if the Legal Counter itself appoint a candidate. Through a Broker, the Legal Office quickly gets into control of its total hiring of temporary forces.

All entrepreneurs who meet the requirements are invited to submit a Tender. This can be done independently, as a partnership and / or by calling on third parties.

The expected size of the Assignment is difficult to estimate based on historical data because it fluctuates greatly from €500,000 per year to €2,000,000 per year. For this tender, we assume an estimate based on the last year and a certain growth rate, i.e. up to €8,000,000 for a period of 4 years. The size mentioned above is intended as an indication only. The Contractor cannot derive rights from this in any way, because the needs can fluctuate greatly and are difficult to predict. The Legal Office does not have a purchase obligation and does not provide a turnover guarantee. All amounts listed are exclusive of VAT.
