The objective of the contracting entity is to procure high-quality, cost-effective new remote measuring devices for electrical energy that meet the requirements of the legislation and to meet the evolving needs of the electricity market, as well as the reading service enabled by their remote reading as a MaaS service ("Metering as a Service")

The objective of the contracting entity is to procure high-quality, cost-effective new remote measuring devices for electrical energy that meet the requirements of the legislation and to meet the evolving needs of the electricity market, as well as the reading service enabled by their remote reading as a MaaS service ("Metering as a Service").

The package to be offered shall cover the following deliveries in accordance with the definitions in the invitation to tender:

• New remotely readable electrical energy metering equipment and related supply logistics.

• Remote reading of new remote monitoring devices as a service ("reading service").

• Data transfer services enabling the remote reading feature.

• Reading, maintenance and development services.

• Interfaces for integrating the client's systems and services into the supplier's service environment.

• Ensuring the information and cybersecurity of the measurement solution formed by new remote sensing devices and the reading service.

• Delivery project related to the implementation of the reading service, as well as its planning, projecting, project management, task coordination and project reporting.

• Training related to the commissioning of the reading service and the installation of measuring instruments and other delivery content.
