The object of the order is the collection and development of municipal waste from property owners residing from the area of Żołynia Municipality.
The subject of the contract is the collection and management of municipal waste from the owners of real estate residing in the Żołynia Commune, i.e. from: Żołynia Sołectwa, Brzóza Stadnicka Sołectwa, Smolarzyny Sołectwa, Kopanie Żołyńskie Sołectwa. The implementation of the subject of the contract will take place in a way that ensures the achievement of appropriate levels of preparation for re-use and recycling of municipal waste and the reduction of the weight of biodegradable municipal waste transferred to landfill, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (i.e. – Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1297, as amended) and implementing acts to this Act.

The minimum amount of waste expected to be collected and managed will be 900,000 Mg.
Collection and management of municipal waste should be in accordance with applicable law, in particular:
a) The Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1297, as amended),
b) the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2022, item 699, as amended),
(c) The Law of 23 April 1964. Civil Code (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1360, as amended),
d) The Law of 27 April 2001. Environmental protection law (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2021, item 1973, as amended),
(e) Regulation of the Minister of the Environment of 11 January 2013 on specific requirements for the collection of municipal waste from property owners (Journal of Laws 2013, item 122),
(f) Regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment of 3 August 2021 on how to calculate levels of preparation for reuse and recycling of municipal waste (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 1530),
(g) Regulation of the Minister of the Environment of 15 December 2017 on levels of limitation of mass storage of biodegradable municipal waste (Journal of Laws of 2017, item 2412).
