The Contract is for the installation of energy improvement measures including the application of external wall insulation, replacement of double glazed windows and doors and the upgrading of loft insulation to approximately 200 tenanted Soha homes in Oxfordshire and the surrounding districts. The Contract term shall initially be 24 months commencing 1 March 2023, however the term of the Contract maybe extended at Soha's absolute discretion by up to a further 24 months.
