The project to be carried out concerns:

*the demolition of 5 existing buildings and appurtenances

*building 4 Pavilions

*exterior construction of the entire site

This contract includes the works included in the specifications, the measurement statements and plans for the realization of 4 pavilions, the construction of sewers and the construction of utility lines, the demolition of existing buildings and the grubbing up of trees and shrubs.

The works will be carried out in phases.
