The city of Pinneberg is planning the construction of a new school building for the Thesdorf elementary school in Pinneberg. Part of the existing building along Pestalozzistraße is to be replaced by the new building.
The new building is divided into a 3-storey (1st BA) and a 2-storey (2nd BA) building section with an entrance area in between. The 2-storey canteen receives a circular gallery. Sustainable building planning is based on the motto “School has a role model function”, which is why sustainable materials are also used and flat roofs are greened.
2nd construction phase:
The service includes the construction, maintenance and dismantling of the façade scaffolding for the creation of various façade sections as well as protective scaffolding for all work on the roof. Furthermore, the inner scaffolding of the canteen/auditorium is also included, which is required for the creation of the inner roof covering and the assembly of the MEP components. The work also includes the connection to the 1st construction phase in some areas.

The generally accepted rules of technology applicable at the time of performance of the contractor's services, including the general technical regulations for construction work applicable to the contractor's services in accordance with VOB Part C, DIN standards and technical regulations latest version. This also includes the additional and/or supplementary DIN standards that are also applicable or referred to in the DIN standards.
On the basis of § 51 (2) LBO No. 3. "Building with more than 1,600 m² floor area of the floor with the largest extension" No. 7a "Meeting places a) with meeting rooms that hold a total of more than 200 visitors" and No. 12 "Schools, universities and similar facilities", the building is a special construction and is classified in building class 5 due to its key data.
The teaching operation of the primary school will continue in the current main building in the southern area of the property over the entire construction period of all construction phases. If necessary, there may be coordination in individual cases for the execution during school operations. Consideration must be given to school operations. If necessary, noise, dust and odour-intensive activities must be carried out outside school hours.
The federal government's guidelines for sustainable building must be observed.
