The subject of the contract are construction works consisting in the renovation of municipal roads (basic scope and optional scope), i.e.:

1) Modernization of Prosta Street in Zielona Góra

2) Modernization of Anna Jagiellonki Street in Zielona Góra

3) Modernization of Jana Zamoyskiego Street in Zielona Góra

4) Modernization of Rzeźniczaka Street in Zielona Góra (String II-II)

5) Modernization of Spawaczy Street in Zielona Góra

6) Modernization of Zdrojowa Street in Zielona Góra (basic section)

7) Modernization of Sulechowska Street in Zielona Góra

8) Extension of the municipal road of Anny Jagiellonki Street along with the construction of a car park

9) Modernization of Rzeźniczaka Street in Zielona Góra (String I-I) (covered by the right of option referred to in point 3.5. SWZ)

10) Modernization of Zdrojowa Street in Zielona Góra (additional section) (covered by the option right referred to in point 3.5. SWZ)

A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in Annex I.2 to the SWZ and in the documents referred to in point 3.4.

1. The subject of the contract should be executed in accordance with the design documentation and Technical Specifications for the Execution and Acceptance of Works contained in Annex I.5 to the SWZ.

2. The contracting authority informs that in this contract, in accordance with Article 441(1) of the PPL, it provides for the exercise of the right of option. The type, maximum value and circumstances of exercising the option are specified in the documents referred to in points 3.3-3.4 of the SWZ and the model agreement constituting Annex I.3 to the SWZ.

3. The Contracting Authority informs that for the scopes specified in points 3.2.1)-10) of the SWZ, the cost estimate (measure) remuneration was adopted on the basis of the offer cost estimates contained in Annex I.4 to the SWZ.

4. The Contractor shall provide a guarantee for the executed subject of the contract for the works covered by the contract for a period of min. 36 months and warranty for defects in works for a period exceeding the warranty by 6 months.
