1.1. The subject of the contract covered by these proceedings is the installation of a fire alarm system in accordance with the construction project entitled Reconstruction of the fire protection system. in the District Court in Żyrardów. The investment task includes dismantling and utilization of the existing installation in the building, as well as delivery of equipment and assembly of a new installation. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in Annex 1 to the SWZ. 1.2. For the work performed together with the installed devices, the Contractor shall provide a guarantee of at least 60 months, counting from the date of completion of the final acceptance of the subject of the contract (the Contractor may offer a longer warranty period, for which he will receive additional points in the criterion for selecting the most advantageous offer "Guarantee period"). Detailed conditions regarding the guarantee and warranty are set out in the model contract.
