1. The subject of the contract is the performance of the task entitled: "Construction of the Primary School at Grasera Street in Toruń – stage I".
2. The subject matter of the contract includes, in particular, the following scope of work:
1) general construction, construction and finishing works,
2) sanitary installations,
3) electrical installations,
4) low-current teletechnical installations,
5) land development: m.in. fencing, greenery, small architecture, playground, sports field, internal roads and pavements,
6) kitchen technology and sports field equipment.
Attention:
- The subject of the contract does not include the delivery and installation of movable equipment.
- The subject of the contract does not include the construction of 3 wings of the facility, i.e. an educational one, with a sports hall, an auditorium and a media library.

3. The Contractor shall perform the subject matter of the contract to the extent and in the manner specified in the design documentation and the technical specification for the execution and acceptance of construction works (components of the design documentation and the technical specification for the execution and acceptance of construction works listed in Appendix No. 1 to the contract template) and in accordance with the applicable law, standards, construction and gardening arts, on the basis of a visual inspection of the construction site and in accordance with the Contracting Authority's administrative decisions. The Contractor will carry out the works taking into account the standards for the protection, shaping and maintenance of green areas, included in Appendix No. 1 entitled "Protection of trees in the investment process" and in Appendix No. 2 entitled "Shaping and maintenance of green areas in the GMT area" to the "Environmental Protection Program for the City of Toruń for the years 2021-2024 with a perspective until 2028", constituting an attachment to Resolution No. 699/2021 of the Toruń City Council of 9 September 2021 on the adoption of the "Environmental Protection Programme for the City of Toruń for the years 2021-2024 with a perspective until 2028" (documents available at: bip.torun.pl/uchwala/51151/uchwala-nr-699-2021)
4. Wherever the subject matter of the contract is described by indicating trademarks, patents or origin, source or specific process or standards, European technical assessments, approvals, technical specifications and technical reference systems, the Contracting Authority allows the Contractor to offer materials or solutions equivalent to those described in the documentation, provided that they do not lower the standards specified in the documentation, have the required appropriate approvals, certificates or approvals and ensure the performance of the contract in accordance with the expectations and requirements of the Contracting Authority specified in the Terms of Reference.
