1. The subject of the proceedings is "Purchase and delivery of biological drugs II" specified in detail in Annex 2 to the SWZ – assortment and price forms. The subject of the contract includes 9 indivisible packages, for which the Ordering Party allows the possibility of submitting partial offers, with the proviso that the offer in each package should be complete and should meet the detailed requirements specified in the price forms, constituting Annex 2 to the SWZ, as well as the requirements contained in the SWZ.

PACKAGE 1 – Sekunumab – subject of the contract specified in detail in Annex 2 to the SWZ – assortment and price forms and SWZ.

PACKAGE 2 – Tocilizumab – subject of the contract specified in detail in Annex 2 to the SWZ – assortment and price forms and SWZ.

PACKAGE 3 – Human normal immunoglobulin – subject of the contract specified in detail in Annex 2 to the SWZ – assortment and price forms and SWZ.

PACKAGE 4 – Golimumab – subject of the contract specified in detail in Annex 2 to the SWZ – assortment and price forms and SWZ.
