The subject of the contract is forest management services as defined in Article 6 (1) (1) of the Act of 28 September 1991 on Forests (text: Journal of Laws of 2021, item 1275, as amended — 'Forests Act') covering work on forest farming and conservation, fire protection, acquisition and retraction of timber and maintenance of forest objects, trees, side use of the forest to be carried out in the area of the Forest District of Augustów in the year 2022.

The place of execution of the object of the order will be the administrative area of the Augustów Forest District

The subject of the contract is forest management services as defined in Article 6 (1) (1) of the Act of 28 September 1991 on Forests (text: Journal of Laws of 2021, item 1275, as amended — 'Forests Act') covering work on forest farming and conservation, fire protection, acquisition and retraction of timber and maintenance of forest objects, trees, side use of the forest to be carried out in the area of the Forest District of Augustów in the year 2022 in forestry: Žilina, Birch Grądy, Kozi Rynek.

The scope of the object of the contract shall include the summary quantities of work in the field of forest farming and conservation, fire protection, logging and breaking of timber and maintenance of forest facilities, trees, side use of the forest resulting from Annex 3 to the SWZ, which shall consist of:

- Annex No 3.1. — the size of the work by group of activities, activities and location;

- Annex No 3.2. — timber collection sortyment system;

- Annex No 3.3. — a statement of the distance and conditions of the spun off of wood;

- Annex No 3.4. — a statement of items not made available for machine acquisition;

- Annex 3.5. — information on the use of possible logging technologies;

- Annex No 3.6. — list of areas where the protection of airstrikes and subplants is planned.

The material ranges set out in Annexes No 3.1. - 3.3. and 3.5. - 3.6. are estimated.

Qualitative standards relating to all relevant features of the subject of the contract are determined by Decision No 19 of the Director General of State Forests of 17 March 2021 on the introduction of the “Description of the standard of forest work performance technology” in the organisational units of the Forests State and Decision No 22 of the Director of the Regional Directorate of State Forests in Białystok of 28 May 2021 on the introduction of the Regional Description of the Standard of Technology for the performance of Forest Prac. The detailed description of the standard of technology for the performance of individual forestry works (activities) included in the subject of the contract formed the basis for the determination of the quality requirements relating to the elements consisting of the object of the contract contained in the Annex No 4 to SWZ (Description of the standard of technology for the implementation of forestry works).
