The subject of the contract is the performance of services included in the scope of the contract entitled: "Winter maintenance of district and provincial roads in the winter season 2023/2024 - 3 parts". Winter maintenance of provincial and district roads consists in particular in ensuring their passability and limiting traffic disruptions caused by precipitation, by preventing and eliminating winter slippery roads and removing snow,
slush, as well as ensuring the availability of specialized equipment and employees to operate it.
The scope of the contract includes: services with specialized equipment along with operator service and preparation of a mixture combating road slipperiness, in accordance with the needs of individual Repair and Repair Teams. The Ordering Party's demand for individual types of services covered by the contract in question is included in the Price Calculation, constituting Attachments: No. 2A, 2B and 2C to the SWZ (for individual parts of the contract).

The quantities of services adopted in the Price Calculation are quantities estimated by the Ordering Party, which will be ordered successively and depending on the actual weather conditions, they may be reduced or increased. The manner of implementation of the subject of the contract is included in the Draft provisions of the contract, constituting Annex No. 7A to the SWZ and the Technical Specification of winter road maintenance in the winter season 2023/2024, which constitutes Annex No. 11 to the SWZ.
