The Laundry service, as set out below, shall provide a professional, effective and fit for purpose services, supplying and laundering a combination of PPE (lab coats and scrubs) and towels for The Crick. The Service Partner is required to provide a lab coat purchase price with a launder only cost as an option for the Crick outside of the BRF requirements. The objective of this Specification of Works (SOW), is to describe the Laundry services to be provided under Contract to The Crick by the Service Partner.

The Service Partner will have full accountability for delivering these Services at defined levels of performance, and for complying with all requirements defined in this document. The Laundry service shall be managed through the dedicated Loading Bay located at the back of the building; this shall include all linen collections and deliveries. Unless otherwise indicated, all references to Service Partner and their staff in this document is considered to apply equally to employees, suppliers and/or subcontractors working for, or on behalf of, the Service Partner.
