To deliver responsive repairs and voids maintenance services to housing stock, which is situated in Sheffield and Rotherham area – United Kingdom.

Repairs (day to day) and Voids maintenance services - We currently split the repairs and voids maintenance but are intending to move away from this approach and are looking for contractors who are able to offer both responsive day to day repairs as well as a full void maintenance service.

There is a mix of trades we require from potential providers which includes: general building, electrical, plumbing, heating and specialists.

Arches Housing is tendering to appoint to a framework agreement a variety of contractors, with no main contractor (trade specialists are welcome).

Bidders are able to bid on all types of work but may wish to express an interest in day to day or voids – this will be considered if they wish, but this not guaranteed.

The Framework Agreement and Service Contracts will only be based on using the National Housing Federation Schedule of Rates, versions 5.0 and 5.1 or version 6. (The version to be used will be confirmed at The ITT stage).
