PURCHASE AND DELIVERY OF MEDICAL DEVICES – 27 SETS OF PORTABLE ULTRASOUND SCANNERS

1. The subject of the contract is the sale and delivery to the Ordering Party's headquarters of portable ultrasound scanners in a set with image display devices – 27 sets.

2. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is included in the Description of the Subject of the Contract (OPZ), which constitutes Appendix No. 2 to the Terms of Reference, and in the Draft Provisions of the Agreement (PPU), which constitute Appendix No. 4 to the Terms of Reference.
