The subject of the order is the delivery of 3 stationary recording equipment designed to work on masts along with integrating devices and enclosures and masts, and 1 recording device under option law.

Cd. point II.2.3):

If the Contractor finds it impossible to install the device in the location indicated in Annex 1 to part. III SWZ the Ordering Party will indicate the location or placeholder locations.

Dot. II.2.4):

1. The object of the order is the delivery of 3 stationary recording equipment intended to work on masts together with integrating equipment and enclosures and masts, together with the execution of all necessary construction works related to the preparation of the foundation for the installation of the enclosure together with the mast and the connection of the device to the power supply (if the power is already in the location) and 1 recording device, including the mast and housing, and construction work within the framework of the option law. A detailed description of the item of the order is specified in Part III of SWZ Description of the Object of the Order and Part IV of SWZ Designed Contract Provisions (PPU).

2. The item of the order must be performed within a period of no more than 9 weeks from the date of signing the contract (Note! It is a criterion for assessing bids).

3. The deadlines for the performance of the Contractor's individual duties, consisting of the subject of the contract, are specified in the Designed Terms of the Agreement forming part IV of the SWZ and in the description of the subject of the contract indicated in Part III of the SWZ.

4. No initial market consultations were carried out prior to the initiation of the procedure.

5. The Contracting Authority shall not include social, environmental or label aspects in the description of the subject matter of the contract.
