This contract, divided into two lots, has as its object the assignment to a single operator for each lot, of a framework agreement pursuant to art. 54, paragraph 4, letter a) of Legislative Decree. 50/2016, concerning the services briefly indicated below:

a) Lot 1 – CIG 985353959D: Reception and assistance services to the public, as well as ticketing and bookshop services, to be carried out as part of the activities managed by Zètema in places such as, by way of example and not limited to, museums, archaeological areas, city places, etc.

b) Lot 2 – CIG 9853552059: Tourist and cultural information services to be carried out at the Tourist Infopoints and the Contact Center 060608 managed by Zètema and at the arrivals area of Terminals 1 and 3 of Fiumicino Airport as a reception point for tourists.

Reception services and assistance to the public, as well as ticketing and bookshop services, to be carried out as part of the activities managed by Zètema in places such as, by way of example and not limited to, museums, archaeological areas, city places, etc. These activities will be exempt from VAT where they are attributable to the hypotheses referred to in art. 10, paragraph 1, n. 22, of Presidential Decree 633/72 and subsequent amendments.

The services covered by the framework agreement must be carried out at the request of Zètema, according to its needs, which are not foreseeable and programmable, during the period of validity of the award, presumably starting from July 2023 and until 31/12/2023, within the limit of the maximum amount of expenditure foreseen and indicated below:

- Euro 2,150,000.00 excluding VAT for the period of contract duration presumably from July until 31 December 2023;

- Euro 1,400,000.00 excluding VAT for the period of any contract renewal for a maximum of 6 months;

- Euro 1,400,000.00 excluding VAT for any technical extension for the time strictly necessary for the conclusion of the procedures necessary for the identification of a new contractor and in any case for a maximum duration of a further 6 (six) months pending the completion of the tender procedure that will be launched for the new assignment of the service.

The maximum amount of expenditure indicated does not constitute an indication of contractual consideration, but quantifies an estimated need for tender.

Tourist and cultural information services to be carried out at the Tourist Infopoints and the Contact Center 060608 managed by Zètema and at the arrivals area of Terminals 1 and 3 of Fiumicino Airport as a reception point for tourists.

These activities will be exempt from VAT where they are attributable to the hypotheses referred to in art. 10, paragraph 1, n. 22, of Presidential Decree 633/72 and subsequent amendments.

The services covered by the framework agreement must be carried out at the request of Zètema, according to its needs, which are not foreseeable and programmable, during the period of validity of the award, presumably starting from July 2023 and until 31/12/2023, within the limit of the maximum amount of expenditure foreseen and indicated below:

- Euro 290,000.00 excluding VAT for the period of contract duration starting, presumably, from July until 31 December 2023;

- Euro 290,000.00 excluding VAT for the period of any contract renewal for a maximum of 6 months;

- Euro 290,000.00 excluding VAT for any technical extension for the time strictly necessary for the conclusion of the procedures necessary for the identification of a new contractor and in any case for a maximum duration of a further 6 (six) months pending the completion of the tender procedure that will be launched for the new assignment of the service.

The maximum amount of expenditure indicated does not constitute an indication of contractual consideration, but quantifies an estimated need for tender.
