1. Delivery with delivery to the Ordering Party's headquarters of the subject of the order: Various orthopedic implants used in the treatment of injuries in children and sound processors in the assortment and quantities given in Annex 2 to the SWZ according to the description, i.e.:
Task No. 1 – various orthopedic implants used m.in for post-traumatic bone anastomoses – metal plates (steel, titanium) for clavicle, humerus, elbow, femoral, tibia, pelvis, fibula, feet, lcp plate systems, cannulated screws, blocking screws and others, orthopedic cable system, orthopedic nails, bone buckles and others. A total of 193 items in the task.
Task 2 - Sound processors for cochlear hearing implants – 20 sets
