The aim is to contract a single supplier who can provide a clothing package, suitable for operational work, and to replace the barracks clothing, and to carry out work in case of small-scale incidents; 'the right clothing for the right job. '
Key parts of the assignment
The assignment consists of:
Delivering a garment package for 250-350 employees, equipped
included logo/design.
Continuous service consisting of new clothing packages for new employees and replacement of old clothing.
Relieves the client in terms of delivery of intervention clothing for approximately 250-350 persons.
Applying sufficient knowledge in the field of intervention clothing to ensure that the client's employees are fitted with intervention clothing, which meets the requirements of the health care legislation and provides the best functional characteristics.
Measure/fit the sizes of all client's clothing users and keeping, managing and applying this database. This database is
also digitally delivered to client, so clothing sizes etc. can be linked
be attached to the wearer's pedigree in our Facility Management Information System.
-Facilitating passions, measuring, delivering, keeping the intervention clothing in stock.
Provide a provisioned management system for managing the intervention clothing. Responsibility for using the management system rests with the client.
