NIPO requires good and future oriented communication services to provide the basis for the most effective communication possible internally and with our co-operating partners. The development in communication services occurs quickly and therefore we want to work with a tenderer who can provide the best possible solutions for NIPO and ensure that NIPO has the option of and continually uses the possibilities provided by the latest development.
The system shall support flexible ways of working, which fulfil the needs of both stationary and mobile users. The users shall be able to use the units that are always deemed to be the most appropriate; mobile telephone, PC with communication client and video camera, telephone apparatus, loudspeaker meeting room telephones or meeting room based video systems. The system shall be cost efficient, both as regards procurement, implementation and running costs, and it must contribute to efficient work processes and good communication across our own organisation and closely co-operating organisations.
This contract will also include the procurement of mobile telephones with subscriptions to all employees in the Norwegian Industrial Property Office. The existing switchboard/landline telephones shall be replaced with a new mobile system, but the landline number series is to be kept. A new call contract for mobile equipment and landline telephony shall be included as a part of the contract. An administration system for securing hand held units shall be established, with functions such as remote deleting and locking, and a system for the administration of subscriptions and call costs.
We would thus like an exchange system and call centre with seamless integration with mobile units and Lync. The landline telephone number series shall be ported and automatic forwarding to mobile established. A statistics and reporting system shall also be established in this system. The offered system shall be certified by Microsoft.
This is an announcement of the awarding of the contest.
