West Dunbartonshire Council seeks a qualified provider for annual servicing and repairs of central heating systems in approximately 9,000 domestic properties, along with additional maintenance tasks.
Property Maintenance Contract; Focusing on Gas Maintenance. West Dunbartonshire Council (the Council) is seeking to appoint a suitable qualified and experienced provider for the annual servicing, breakdown repairs and commissioning of wet central heating systems (domestic boilers which include gas, electric and communal gas boilers) for approximately 9,000 domestic properties within the geographical area of West Dunbartonshire for which the Council is responsible. West Dunbartonshire Council is also looking for the successful contractor to engage in other ancillary maintenance tasks while in the property.
