1. The subject of the contract is: Organization and conduct of vocational courses improving the competences and / or professional qualifications of students of vocational education schools from the Opolskie Voivodeship - as part of the project entitled "Opole vocational education for the labor market" (sub-measure 9.2.1 rpo WO for the years 2014 – 2020), co-financed by the European Union under the ESF, divided into 3 parts:
1) part no. 1: Course entitled: "Modern methods of assembly and repair of electronic packages with a component for electronic packages operating in space according to the norms and standards of the European Space Agency or equivalent" for the Tadeusz Kościuszko Electrical School Complex in Opole;
2) part no. 2: Course entitled: "Modern methods [...] or equivalent" for the Mechanical School Complex in Opole;
3) part no. 3: Course entitled: "Modern methods [...] or equivalent" for School Complex No. 2 of the Continuing Education Center in Kluczbork.
The course entitled: "Modern methods of assembly and repair of electronic packages with a component for electron [...] or equivalent" for the Tadeusz Kościuszko Electrical School Complex in Opole1. The subject of the contract is the Course entitled: "Modern methods of assembly and repair of electronic packages with a component for electronic packages operating in space according to the norms and standards of the European Space Agency or equivalent" for the Tadeusz Kościuszko Electrical School Complex in Opole.
2. The course is a theoretical and practical training, during which common didactic methods will be used to increase the effectiveness of the course, i.e. work in groups, operation of soldering and soldering stations, analysis of electronic components – through hole and surface, including components used in space applications, analysis of types of printed circuit boards, analysis of new techniques of soldering through and surface elements, including components used in applications space, analysis of new techniques for dismantling through-hole and surface elements along with criteria for components used in space applications.
3. A detailed description and method of performing the contract is contained in the Description of the subject of the contract constituting Annex 1A to the SWZ.
4. Number of hours and duration:
The cycle of classes within the course should include at least 32 clock hours (60 minutes each), 4 days in the practical and theoretical part.
5. Number of participants directed to the course:
Minimum number of participants: 20
Maximum number of participants: 44.
6. Deadline for the performance of the subject of the contract: until 31.12.2022.
7. If the description of the subject of the contract specifies requirements for the presentation of certificates issued by a specific conformity assessment body, the Contracting Authority shall also accept certificates issued by other equivalent conformity assessment bodies.
8. In situations where the Ordering Party describes the subject of the contract by referring to standards, technical assessments, technical specifications and technical reference systems referred to in Article 101(1)(2) and (3) of the PPL Act, the Ordering Party shall allow solutions equivalent to those described, and such reference shall be accompanied by the words "or equivalent".
9. Pursuant to Article 101(5) of the PPL Act, where the description of the subject of the contract refers to standards, technical assessments, technical specifications and technical reference systems referred to in Article 101(1)(2) and Article 101(3) of the PPL Act, the Contracting Authority may not reject the offer simply because the services offered do not comply with the standards, technical assessments, technical specifications and technical reference systems to which the description of the subject of the contract refers, provided that the contractor proves in the tender, in particular by means of the means of proof referred to in Articles 104-107 of the PPL Act, that the proposed solutions meet the requirements of the Contracting Authority specified in the description of the subject of the contract to an equivalent extent.
10. MEANS OF PROOF IN QUESTION, as appropriate for part of:
A contractor who refers to equivalent solutions is obliged to demonstrate that the solutions offered by him meet the requirements specified by the Ordering Party in the SWZ. In this case, the Contractor shall attach to the tender a list of equivalent solutions in order to confirm equivalence.
If the Contractor does not submit the said means of proof or the evidence in question is incomplete, the Contracting Authority does not provide for the Contractor to be requested to submit or supplement it. Failure to indicate equivalent solutions will be treated as a choice of solutions described by the Ordering Party.
