Implementation of efficient and proper maintenance, inspection, repair and maintenance work in accordance with DIN 14675 to approx. 11,000 fire detectors of the University Hospital Frankfurt am Main.

Content of the framework agreement is the realization of efficient and effective maintenance, inspection, repair and maintenance work in accordance with DIN 14675 "Fire alarm systems - construction and operation" to approximately 11 000 fire detectors in about 50 houses of the University Hospital Frankfurt am Main. These are mainly the following fire alarm types:

- Optical smoke detectors,

- push button detector,

- heat / thermal differential detector,

- Smoke aspiration systems.

The following requirements must be fulfilled by the tenderer:

- VDS approval,

- certification according to DIN 14675,

- At least 3 employees with certification on Esser fire alarm systems,

- At least 2 employees with WinMag certification,

- mention of at least one reference via at least 10 networked fire panels from the manufacturer Esser,

- mention of at least one reference via WinMag implementations,

- guarantee of hotline availability in the event of a fault 365 days a year, from 0:00 to 24:00,

- Suburb deployment within 2 hours after fault message.
