The contracting authority would like tenders for a framework agreement for pipes and pipe parts for water and sewage.

The framework agreement will cover the contracting authority's need for pipe and pipe parts for ongoing operations and for small and medium-sized maintenance projects that are carried out by the contracting authority or hired contractors. The contract also includes the delivery of spare parts for acute/unforeseen events and error situations 24/7/365. The contracting authority reserves the right to hold a contest for projects with an estimated cost for pipe and pipe parts that exceeds NOK 250,000 excluding VAT. Major investment projects are not included as part of the framework agreement.

The total value of the procurement over four years is estimated to be NOK 26,000,000 excluding VAT.

A framework agreement will be signed with one tenderer. The framework agreement will be valid for two years calculated from the date the contract comes into force. The contracting authority has the unilateral right to extend the contract for 1+1 year.

Tenders cannot be submitted for parts of the assignment. The contracting authority considers that dealing with only supplier during the contract period is most appropriate for the sake of ordering and logistics.

The contract retains provisions about administration of the contract (secreterial contributions).
