1. The subject of the contract is the purchase of medical equipment in the field of Intensive Care, used in the care of cardiac patients.

2. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract in terms of the required parameters is specified in Appendix 2 – technical and operational parameters

3. The Contractor shall include in the price for the performance of the subject matter of the contract all costs related to the performance of the contract, including the costs resulting from the requirements set out in the Terms of Reference and in Appendix No. 2 to the Terms of Reference.

4. Detailed conditions for the performance of the contract are specified in the draft agreement constituting Appendix No. 4 to the Terms of Reference.

5. The Contracting Authority does not allow the submission of variant offers
