The contracting authority wishes to agree on an agreement for accountancy services for the municipality of Ommen.

Accounting services include the following activities:

1. interim audit (in preparation for the audit of the financial statements);

2. audit of the financial statements (including SISA);

3. natural advisory function related to the certifying function;

4. work for partial declarations to be issued;

5. advice as needed and on demand.

Desired situation. Accounting services include the following activities:

A fixed price (fixed fee) will be charged for activities 1 to 3, as included in the Price Sheet (appendix 2 'Price Sheet').
