The subject of this order is the operation operation of equipment ensuring the reduction of hydrostatic pressure of groundwater to reinforced concrete slab and other elements of the reinforced concrete structure of the National Music Forum facility in Wrocław together with monitoring of the facility. A detailed description of the subject of the order is provided in Part III of the Specification of the Order Terms and Conditions.

The subject of the order is the operational service of equipment ensuring the reduction of hydrostatic pressure of groundwater to reinforced concrete slab and other elements of the reinforced concrete structure of the National Forum of Music facility in Wrocław together with monitoring of the facility.

This order consists in the implementation of the assumptions of the programme developed in the earlier task: “Implementation of the Preventive Programme consisting in lowering the hydrostatic pressure of groundwater to reinforced concrete slab and other elements of the reinforced concrete structure of the National Music Forum object in Wrocław”, hereinafter referred to as 'Preventive Programme'. Further implementation of the Preventive Programme assumptions and monitoring aim to eliminate the problem of unbalanced hydrostatic buoyant on reinforced concrete structure through time-variable groundwater table level. The purpose of the implementation of the Subject of the Agreement is to prevent the technical degradation of the National Forum of Music facility together with the Parking (total Object) i.e. not to allow the formation of further scratches, cracks, deformation of the structure and the formation of leaks of reinforced concrete structure. Degradation in particular consists in the appearance of scratches on the reinforced concrete structure of the Object, mainly the foundation slab of the Underground Parking, as well as slotted walls, the appearance of seepage through scratches, progressive deformation of the object.As part of the order the Ordering Party entrusts, and The Contractor undertakes to perform the activities and obligations and to implement the guidelines set out in the contract model, the description of which is included in the Description of the Subject of the Order and in the annexes to the Description of the Subject of the Order.
