Dedicated PAS 2035 consultancy support for Midland Net Zero Hub’s consortiums implementation of Home Upgrade Grant Phase 2 and Social Housing Decarbonisation Fund Phase 2.

The service will support Local Authorities and MNZH consortium member Registered social housing Providers (RPs) successfully delivering Department of Energy Security and Net Zero funded projects compliantly. The Provider will provide a central point of contact to support local authorities in the region to deliver capital measures in compliance to PAS 2035 to help tackle fuel poverty while

improving building energy efficiency and subsequently reducing carbon.
