Telemark Innkjøpssamarbeid (TIS), henceforth referred to as the Contracting Authority, invites tenderers to an open tender contest for a framework agreement for the purchase of servers, storage and network components for its member municipalities.

Telemark Innkjøpssamarbeid (TIS), henceforth referred to as the Contracting Authority, invites tenderers to an open tender contest for a framework agreement for the purchase of servers, storage and network components for its member municipalities.

The contracting authority is planning to enter into 3 agreement in accordance with the 'waterfall methods' cf. the Public Procurement Regulations § 26-3 (1) provided that a sufficient number of tenders are received that meet the requirements in the tender documents with attachments, and achieve a sufficiently high score in the tender evaluation.

TIS wants to enter into a framework agreement with up to 3 tenderers for delivery of servers, storage and network equipment. We will continually replace equipment as needed in local computer rooms, throughout the entire contract period.

All the equipment shall be covered by a service agreement with the product supplier. More information on the objective of the procurement and scope is included in Annex 5, the Requirement Specifications.

Options

The tenderer shall deliver as an option SA on core components in the computer room.
