Intermediate Level Maintenance (ILM) for two (2) KDC-10 aircraft of the RNLAF for an initial period from 1.1.2014 until 1.7.2015.

This period of performance may optionally be extended with two times (2x) six (6) months.

ILM consists of at least the following services:

— Scheduled A- and C-check including material and parts according to the low utilization program (see Annex 5 with the aircraft utilization aspects)

— On Site Assistance including necessary tooling and equipment at the home base Eindhoven Airport and any other location worldwide including ‘Out of Area' on a 24 hours notice (Eindhoven Air Base) and 48 hours notice (within Europe) and 72 hours notice (remaining locations)

— Drop in maintenance at Contractors facility on a 24/7/365 basis

— Component Maintenance

— Maintenance Engineering under EASA 145 approval or equivalent
