Extent
The procurement of Customer Management Systems comprises the following main parts:
Service offer - right of use to the system
Introduction of the system
support
Software maintenance - updates, upgrades and bug fixes
Option: consulting services around the system
Option: functionality for handling complaints and warranty matters, see further in section 3.
Form of operation - the system can be provided as a hosted service (SaaS service) or through operation in the Client's infrastructure (on-premises). The two forms of operation have slightly different sets of requirements and conditions linked to them.
