To provide road transport services for the carriage of mail consignments to and from Offices of Exchange, on specified transport links and with specified timings, on a network designed by IPC and connecting Offices of Exchange in Brussels, Frankfurt, Hall in Tirol, Milan, London, Luxembourg (hub), Paris, Rotterdam and Zurich (hub). The network is designed to achieve the fastest and most efficient exchange of mail consignments by road, and shall normally be operated with light good vehicles unless otherwise specified in the tender documents. The on-time performance of the transport services shall be monitored by IPC.
