The subject of the contract are successive shipments of diesel fuel to the area of the Regional Zasład Zasospodaracji Waste Sp. z o.o. in Ostrów Wielkopolski to tanks with a total capacity of 8 200 liters, according to the PN-EN 590 standard in an estimated amount of 210 000 liters (depending on the needs of about 17 500 liters monthly) with the possibility of emergency distribution to the ordering party.

1) The subject of the contract is the successive supply of diesel fuel to the area of the Regional Zasład Zasospodaracji Waste Sp. z o.o. in Ostrów Wielkopolski to tanks with a total capacity of 8 200 liters, according to the PN-EN 590 standard in the amount of an estimated 210,000 liters (depending on the needs of about 17 500 liters litres per month) with the possibility of emergency distribution to the ordering party.

2) The type of diesel supplied must be adapted to the existing climatic conditions during the duration of the contract.

3) The Ordering Party reserves the right to reduce the amount of ordered diesel fuel depending on the needs arising from the current tasks under the conditions of reducing the supported rolling stock. At the same time, the ordering party informs that the minimum amount of ordered diesel fuel will not be less than 160,000 liters.
