The object of the contract is the execution of all the works necessary for the "body and measure" realization of the renovation of the office building of the AcegasApsAmga district, located in Corso Stati Uniti 5 in Padua.
The object of the contract is the execution of all the works necessary for the "body and measure" realization of the renovation of the office building of the AcegasApsAmga district, located in Corso Stati Uniti 5 in Padua.
The works which are the subject of the contract may be summarised as follows:
Demolitions and removals
• Removal of all transparent and opaque fixtures;
• Removal of internal partitions, false ceilings and plaster on the ground floor and part of the first floor;
• Removal of partitions inside the technical room on the roof;
• Removal of the corrugated sheet metal roof, and the corrugated sheet metal cladding of the technical rooms;
• Removal of all thermo-hydraulic and plumbing systems, where required;
• Removal of all electrical systems with maintenance of only the services necessary for the temporary EDC.
The client reserves the right to start some of the demolition works envisaged in the project, guaranteeing in any case the relative amount with the assignment of additional and homogeneous works on buildings on the same site.
Construction works
• Removal of all fixtures
• Construction, on the ground, first and second floors, of a new distribution layout for office rooms, meeting rooms through the use of glazed systems and dedicated toilets through the use of dry systems (plasterboard);
• Construction of an external cladding with a curtain wall system, complete with sandwich panels in galvanized steel sheet/rock wool.
• Construction of a structural frame on the roof, for the masking of the existing technical rooms and the support/fixing of the photovoltaic field
• Construction of new foundations necessary for external structures;
• Construction of thermal insulation between floors and against the ground and on the roof slabs (internal side);
• Complete renovation of internal and external flooring;
• Installation of new corrugated sheet metal on the roof and new coatings of technical compartments in corrugated areas, including sheet metalwork;
• Replacement of two elevators, maintaining the existing shafts;
Mechanical systems
• Implementation of plant modifications within the technical room to accommodate the new thermal energy distribution equipment to the entire building;
• Construction of the new thermo-hydraulic and plumbing and plumbing systems;
Electrical and special systems
• Renovation of low voltage distribution and uses;
• Installation of new electrical distribution panels;
• Construction of the photovoltaic system;
• Realization of the preparations of the building BEMS;
• Realization of structured cabling;
• Construction of the new fire detection system;
• Implementation of the predispositions of the access control and CCTV system;
External areas facing the building:
• Removal of existing parking canopy;
• Renovation of walkways, building access ramps, flower beds, paving of executive parking areas, new horizontal signs for pedestrian and vehicular paths;
• Preparation of new lighting for external walkways through the installation of cable ducts and manholes;
• New vehicle stalls and predisposition for charging electric vehicles;
• Installation of a new underground rainwater recovery tank.
