The consultation concerns the telecommunications services of the Community of communes of the country of Falaise and 35 communes of the grouping. The services will be subject to a framework agreement executed by issuing purchase orders with no minimum or maximum.

Fixed telephony service supplies.

Provision of unsecured asymmetric Internet access of at least one VOIP telephony line.

Provision of MPLS VPN and guaranteed speed Internet links on copper or optical support for all sites of the contracting authority. It also integrates a hosted telephony solution.

Provision of subscriptions and mobile telephony terminals for the fleet of collectivities members of the group of orders.
