1. The subject of the contract are successive deliveries of meat and sausages to the Ordering Party's warehouse at Rzewuskiego 8, 28-100 Busko-Zdrój. 2. The subject matter of the contract under this procedure was divided into 5 lots. 3. Details of the content of the description of the subject of the contract being awarded are included in Chapter II.1 of the content of the SWZ and in each of the assortment and price forms – Appendices No. 1 - 5 to the SWZ.
