The consultation is carried out in application of articles L. 2113-6 and L. 2113-7 of the public order code, within the framework of the order group for which the Métropole “Orléans Métropole” ensures the coordination on behalf of the following members: Cities Olivet, Orléans, Saint-Hilaire-Saint-Mesmin, Saint-Jean-de-Braye, Saint-Jean-le-Blanc, Saint-Pryvé-Saint-Mesmin, Semoy, d'Ingré and the Orléans Communal Social Action Center. The purpose of the consultation is the supply, installation, operation and maintenance of telephone infrastructures and related services and will give rise to a framework agreement with order forms, single-beneficiary, concluded without minimum or maximum amount, renewable, non-allotted.
