Due to building planning and monument law requirements, another new clinic building of the same type and size is to be built on the property in the medium term (from 2026). The planning of this second new clinic building is to be awarded as an optional service within the framework of this procedure. Procurement: Contract planning services for buildings - TGE and interiors according to HOAI are to be commissioned in LST. The assignment is to take place in stages.

- In accordance with VgV 2016, the planning contract is awarded via a negotiated procedure with a participation competition.
