Sanitary installations are to be carried out for the IGS Südstadt.

The measures comprise three components in successive stages of construction - in part with temporal overlap in components C and B. Start component C including Kita as a new building, then component B with temporal overlap to component C. Component A (school wing) follows ,

Lot 1 (component A-module)

Component A: Dismantling and rebuilding the sanitary installations for the media drinking water and wastewater.

Quantities lot 1: about 400 m. Sewer pipe DN 70 to DN 125, approx. 560 m copper pipe for drinking water installations DN 12 to DN 100, approx. 75 sanitary fittings. Scheduled execution time: 1.9.2020 - 30.09.2021

Lot 2 (component C and B)

Component C Installation IGS and extension Kita: Creation of sanitary installations for the media drinking water, waste water and gas. Intended execution time: 4.3.2019 to 29.5.2020

Component B - Sports section: Dismantling and Neuh

Component B: Dismantling and rebuilding the sanitary installations for the media drinking water, waste water and gas. Installation of a grease separator with the associated lifting system. Intended execution time: 4.3.2019 - 29.5.2020

Quantities lot 2: ca 1 050 m. Sewer pipe DN 70 to DN 125, approx. 3000 m copper pipe for drinking water and gas installations DN 12 to DN 100, approx. 100 sanitary furnishings.
