The subject of the contract is to carry out work on the promotion of the project “Modernization of freight wagons by replacing brake inserts with TSI compliant Noise.” CPV 79342200-5. Detailed description of the subject of the contract and manner of execution are set out in Annexes No 1 and No. 2 to SWZ.
The subject of the contract is the provision of the promotion service of the project “Modernization of freight wagons by replacing brake inserts with TSI compliant Noise” project financed by the European Union under the Operational Programme Infrastructure and Environment 2014 — 2020 Priority Axis V — Development of rail transport in Poland Action 5.2 — Development of rail transport outside TEN-T. The scope of the subject matter of the contract and the required deadlines of implementation are set out in the following points:
1. Design, manufacture, delivery and assembly:
1) Information board,
2) A memorial plaque,
2. Posting information about the project in the national press.
3. Preparation of a banner for industry portals according to the specification and purchase correspondingly the surface under the banner with a link to the PKP CARGO website for a minimum period of 2 week.
4. Development of the graphic design of the information leaflet, on the basis of the guidelines from the CI Book of PKP CARGO S.A. which is Annex No. 5 to the SWZ, and the printing of information leaflets in A4 format folded in half, in the amount of 1000 pieces.
5. Preparation of the sticker design (according to the visualization of the EU project), and print 5000 stickers, A4 format,

The requirements for the logotype of the Contracting Authority are set out in the CI Book of PKP CARGO S.A., and the details necessary for its implementation are set out in Annex 5 to the Model Agreement (currently Annex 5 to the SWZ). All promotional shares listed in paragraphs 1 to 5 require prior agreement with the Contracting Authority. The Ordering Party reserves the option to make changes to the artwork at the project stage on all promotional materials.
