The subject of the contract is the task entitled Services related to the maintenance of watercourses in the area of Water Supervision Krakow – stage IV.

The Contracting Authority divided the order into the following parts:

Part 1 – Maintenance of the Serafa River in the area of the town Krakow at km 0+000-8+000

Part 2 – Maintenance of the Drwinka stream at km 0+000-1+700, 2+300-4+600 m. Kraków, Kraków commune

Part 3 – Maintenance of the Garliczka stream at km 0+000 - 5+020, Zielonki commune

Part 4 – Maintenance of the Kostrzecki stream at km 0+000-5+966, Dz. Podgórze, m. Cracow

The subject of the contract for Lot 1 is the maintenance of the Serafa River in the area of the city. Krakow at km 0+000-8+000.

The scope of the task includes:

- manual mowing of dense hard lichens from slopes – 48 000m2,

- raking mowed lichens from slopes over 2.0 m wide, self-development, in accordance with applicable regulations – 48 000m2

- manual cutting of medium-density bushes, self-management, in accordance with applicable regulations – 0.12 ha,

- works performed with backhoe excavators with a bucket capacity of 0.40m3 with transport of excavated material by self-unloading trucks over a distance of up to 5.0km - removal of obstacles, blockages, hindering the free flow of water, self-development, in accordance with applicable regulations - 776.0 m3,

- collection of obstacles, waste and garbage, hindering the free flow of water, pulled together with the spoil from the bottom of the watercourse with the transport of spoil by self-unloading trucks over a distance of up to 21.0 km, self-management, in accordance with applicable regulations - 65.0 m3,

- transverse earthworks for transfer with the incorporation of soil into the embankment – 185.0 m3,

- plantation of embankments and embankment crowns at water engineering works – 1200.0 m2,

- repair of bands made of fascine sausage with a diameter of 25cm – 900,0 m

- execution of ballast made of gravel or 10cm thick with land transport – 700.0 m2,

- repair of damaged insurance with openwork boards of the "KRATA" type small with dimensions of elements 90x60x10cm – 700.0 m2,

- renovation of 30cm thick natural stone pavement on slopes up to 4m – 100.0 m2 high,

- measuring works at linear earthworks - route of river streams with a bottom width of up to 7m - 0.1 km,

- excavations and earth excavations for deposition with displacement up to 100m – 10.0 m3,

- filling the gap on the right bank of the Serafa River with material obtained from the excavation and ditch and with delivery with compaction – 30.0 m3,

- digging the bottom and forming the left bank of the river on the section of 30m – 60.0 m3,

- dismantling and re-laying of existing JOMB gratings on the bank slope - assuming the need to replace 30% of the boards with new ones. Fastening to the slope with wooden piles – 220.0 m2,

- execution of reinforced concrete curb constituting the basis for embedding JOMB boards curb size 100cm * 40cm on the length of 50m - 20.0 m3,

- reinforcement of the bottom of the river bed from armour - stone diameter 400-800mm on the length of 57m - 257.0 m3

The subject of the contract for Part 2 is the maintenance of the Drwinka stream at km 0+000-1+700, 2+300-4+600 m. Kraków, commune of Kraków

The scope of the task includes:

- mechanical mowing of lichens from slopes with shredding of lichens (flail mower) – 37 400m2 – km 0+000 - 1+700,

- manual mowing of dense hard lichens from slopes – 13 530m2 – km 2+300 – 4+600

- raking mowed lichens from slopes over 2.0m wide, with export and self-management, in accordance with applicable regulations – 13 530m2 - km 2+300 – 4+600

- cleaning of frame culverts 2.0x2.0m from silt with a depth of silting of the cable up to 1/3 of the height - 32m,

- intervention works - earthworks carried out with backhoe excavators with transport up to 11km - removal of blockage in the form of earth overhangs and debris from the bottom, hindering the free flow of water in the stream bed - Arrangement of the area and development of excavated material on its own in accordance with applicable regulations – 250.0 m3 - km 2+300- 2+550

- planting, cleaning slopes and bottoms of mechanically made excavations – 228.0 m2 - km 2+350-2+410

- execution of gravel ballast with a thickness of 10cm – 228.0 m2 - km 2+350-2+410

- repair of damaged insurance with openwork boards type "KRATA" small with dimensions of elements 90x60x10cm – 228.0 m2 - km 2+350-2+410

- driving pins and retaining posts with a diameter of 4-6cm to a depth of 0.80m, anchoring openwork (two stakes per board) – 868 pcs. - km 2+350-2+410

- making a palisade driven to a depth of 1.50m from pegs with a diameter of 12-14cm – 15.2m - km 2+350-2+410

The subject of the contract for Part 3 is the maintenance of the Garliczka stream at km 0+000 - 5+020, Zielonki commune

The scope of the task includes:

- manual mowing of dense hard lichens from slopes – 8000 m2,

- raking of mowed lichens from slopes along with export and self-management – 8000 m2,

- hacking when the surface of the water surface is overgrown over 60% - 100 m2,

- cleaning the area after hacking with removal and self-development – 100 m2,

- manual cutting of bushes and undergrowth of medium density - 0.15 ha,

- arranging the area from cut branches and branches and branches lying on the banks through removal and development on their own - 1500 m2,

- removal of windbreaks with cutting, export and self-development – 6 pcs,

- manual removal of dams and collection of garbage from the watercourse bed and accumulated old branches from slopes with export and self-management – 40 m3,

- manual clearing of the bottom of a watercourse up to 1.2 m wide and removal of overhangs from slopes, a layer of application up to 30 cm with removal of material from the clearing and self-management - 165 m,

- manual clearing of the bottom of the watercourse with a width of up to 1.2 m and removal of overhangs from slopes, layer of application up to 30 cm with spreading – 165 m,

- mechanical clearing of the bottom of the watercourse (nanos, rubble) with a width of up to 1.2 m and removal of overhangs from slopes, layer of application up to 30 cm with removal of the material from the clearing and self-management – 730 m (sections in various locations),

- clearing watercourses with a bottom width of up to 1.20 m with backhoe and desilting machines, thickness of the nanos layer 30cm – 390 m (sections in various locations),

- spreading of excavated material after mechanical unblocking of watercourses with a bottom width of up to 1.2 m from a nanos thickness of 30cm – 390 m (sections in various locations),

- cleaning culverts, bridges from nanos with a depth of silting up to 15 cm with export and self-management – 20 m,

- Felling of trees with a diameter of up to 30cm using the mountaineering method along with transport to the indicated place – 6 pcs,

- Felling of trees with a diameter of 31 to 60cm using the mountaineering method along with transport to the indicated place – 7 pcs,

- Felling of trees with a diameter of over 60cm by the mountaineering method along with transport to the indicated place – 9 pcs,

- felling trees with a diameter of up to 60cm with transport to the indicated place - 12 pcs,

- felling of tree stumps with a height of up to 5m to a diameter between 70-80cm with transport to the indicated place - 2 pcs,

- Reduction pruning by the mountaineering method of trees threatening life and property along with export and development on their own - 3 pcs,

- pruning branches located above 3 m above the ground by the county road along with export and self-development - 2 pcs,

- felling of willow suckers topped with a power saw with export and self-management – 10 pcs,

- repair of single bands made of fascine sausage with a diameter of 25cm – 200 m,

- execution of the covered edge in the spacing of sausage 0.6 m and width up to 3.0 m - 60 m2,

- Earthworks with the purchase of land, carried out by backhoe excavators with transport by dump trucks and wheelbarrowing – 10 m3,

- repair of double bands made of fascine sausage with a diameter of 20+20cm -70 m,

- Repair of existing fortifications made of openwork slabs – 6 m2,

- Tidying up the area after the completion of the work.

The subject of the contract for Part 4 is the maintenance of the Kostrzeckiego stream at km 0+000-5+966, Dz. Podgórze, m. Cracow

The scope of the task includes:

- mowing grass lichens from slopes and the bottom of the stream along the entire length at km 0+000-5+966 and self-collection of hay, damming and cut bushes from sections located along public roads - especially from the section along Dąbrowa Street,

- removal of dams from the watercourse bed at km 0+000-5+966,

- bottom hacking on the section along Dąbrowa Street at km 2+100-3+480,

- sectional removal of silt from the bottom of the watercourse 2+100-3+480,

- removal of excavated dams, mowed lichens and cut bushes from the section running along public roads, especially along Dąbrowa Street, outside the area of works with self-development km 2+100-3+480.
