1. The order includes the tasks consisting of: - Buildings of the biological banks of a stream without a name in L. Siedliska in km1 + 200-1 + 239 and in km2 + 800-2 + 830, - Construction of a retention reservoir in the Forestry Borownica .2 The ordering requires employment by a contractor or a subcontractor based on a contract of employment of persons performing activities included in the subject of the contract, in particular performing activities consisting in direct (physical) performance of construction works resulting from project documentation (if performing these activities consists in performing work in the manner specified in art 22 § 1 of the Act of 26 June 1974 - Labor Code (consolidated text: Journal of Laws 2019, item 1040, as amended). The obligation to employ under the employment contract does not apply to the situation in which the contractor the subcontractor personally performs the above activities (eg a natural person running a business, partners in a civil partnership) and persons who e they perform independent technical functions
a) As part of the implementation of two shore bands, the following works will be carried out, consisting of:
- making earthwork preparatory works,
- profiling of the stream embankment under stone markings made of boulders using native or transported soil,
- execution of padding from the factory in bulk, 25cm,
- making the edge band from the edge of broken stone ending with a sack (heavy stone fi min 70cm arranged flat on a slope in a slope of 1: 1.5, wedged with a stone of smaller diameter),
- filling the gaps between stones with earth or stone and sowing a mixture of grasses,
- profiling of slopes and planting over the edge band, driving willow pegs over the band and sowing a mixture of grasses.

- earthworks consisting of: deepening the reservoir, profiling the slopes of the dyke from the bleeder and drainage sides, profiling the slopes of the stream without a name for insurance,
- reconstruction of damaged dams of the pond together with their sealing and securing,
- side intake shot on the stream
- biological construction at the water intake and in place
Water intakes and in the place of a storm overflow,
- tidying up and planning the investment area together with sowing the mixture
grasses
The order includes the construction of a retention reservoir with accompanying facilities by reconstructing the existing pre-war pond with a lateral reservoir, fed with flood water, rainwater and groundwater.
