Project management contract for the rehabilitation of the Georges Brassens school group in Poitiers (86000), composed of a nursery school, an elementary school and a catering unit for a total building area of around 3 100 m 2 . This operation comprises, following the financial programming approved by the contracting authority, two phases:

- phase 1: energy renovation of buildings,

- phase 2: functional restructuring of the school group.

Basic missions:

- preliminary draft (APS),

- Final draft (APD) including building permit application files (PC1 and PC2) and water law file,

- Project Studies (PRO),

- Assistance with the awarding of works contracts (ACT),

- review of project and Visa compliance of the implementation studies to be carried out by the companies (Visa),

- Directorate for the execution of works contracts (DET),

- Assistance with receiving operations and during the guarantee of perfect completion (AOR),

Whenever the latter imposes itself the SSI mission as defined by the regulatory texts and standards in force, in particular NFS 61-931 to NFS 61-940 and their associated standards, as well as their user guide referenced NF S 61-949, is integrated in the mission of the project manager.

The market also includes the following complementary missions:

- Diagnostic studies including acoustic measurements and building surveys complementary to those already carried out and production of Sketches (DIAG / ESQ),

- studies necessary for the treatment of asbestos and lead,

- studies necessary to take into account the sustainable development approach of the project with regular update of the dashboard of the operation (DD),

- studies necessary for the implementation of the modular buildings necessary for the project during the execution of the works and monitoring of their implementation and management (MOD),

- Scheduling - steering - coordination (OPC),

- Coordinator of fire safety systems (CSSI).

Two separate people within the project management team will take care of the execution of works contracts on the one hand and the scheduling and management of works on the other hand.

The mission concerns all the tasks to be carried out to carry out the operation including the relations with the dealers network and suppliers of energy. It includes where appropriate the reminders of any party involved in the transaction.
