The subject of the contract is "Modernization of the Zadębie I "TAMA" sewage pumping station in Skierniewice, consisting in the extension, reconstruction and renovation of the existing pumping station", in the following industries: - construction and construction along with land development,

- technological, - electrical and I&C, in accordance with the Project Documentation.

The scope of works related to the subject of the contract includes the implementation of construction works related to the modernization of the Zadębie I "TAMA" sewage pumping station in Skierniewice consisting in the extension, reconstruction and renovation of the existing pumping station along with the supply of materials/devices/equipment, including key elements necessary to perform the subject of the contract, in accordance with the developed Design Documentation. By delivery of key elements, the Ordering Party understands deliveries: a) in the technology industry: gate valves, valves, solenoid valves, pumps, flow meters, b) in the electrical and I&C industry: complete control cabinet (RA), control cabinet (ATS system).

The subject of the contract is "Modernization of the Zadębie I "TAMA" sewage pumping station in Skierniewice, consisting in the extension, reconstruction and renovation of the existing pumping station", in the following industries: - construction and construction along with land development,

- technological, - electrical and I&C, in accordance with the Project Documentation.

1. The scope of works related to the subject of the contract includes the implementation of construction works related to the modernization of the Zadębie I "TAMA" sewage pumping station in Skierniewice consisting in the extension, reconstruction and renovation of the existing pumping station along with the delivery of materials/devices/equipment, including key elements necessary to perform the subject of the contract, in accordance with the developed Design Documentation.

1.1 By delivery of key elements, the Ordering Party shall understand deliveries:

a) in the technology industry: gate valves, valves, solenoid valves, pumps, flow meters,

b) in the electrical and I&C industry: complete control cabinet (RA), control cabinet (ATS system).

1.2 The Ordering Party allows partial payments for the delivery of the key elements listed above, for the purpose of their incorporation, on the terms set out in the Agreement.

1.3 The Ordering Party allows the delivery of uninstalled/non-built-in and not forwarded by the protocol handover of key elements to the warehouse yard of the Ordering Party. The responsibility for protection against theft of the above-mentioned elements and the costs associated with it shall be borne by the Contractor.

1.4 The scope of the works to be carried out includes m.in .:

a) Dismantling of existing facilities and pumping station elements subject to reconstruction or replacement with new ones,

b) Cleaning and repair of the pump tank along with the implementation of an internal protective coating,

c) Replacement of the tank cover plate together with the elements built on it,

d) Replacement of the existing technological system, hydraulics and pumping station equipment,

e) Replacement of existing technical and operational equipment of the facility with new ones,

f) Construction of a settling well in front of the pump tank together with a section of a new inlet channel connecting the above-mentioned well with the pump tank,

g) Reconstruction of the existing pressure pipeline to the border of the pumping station plot,

h) Construction of a new flowmeter chamber with new pipelines and fittings,

i) Construction of a second, new pressure duct to the border of the pumping station plot (for further expansion in the next stage of the investment),

j) Execution of cable culverts between pumping station facilities,

k) Execution of the foundation and sheds for power and control cabinets,

l) Replacement of power supply systems for pumping stations and automation along with installation of new power and control switchgears under the shelter,

m) Reconstruction (re-route) of two supply lines in the pumping station area with their bringing to the new location of switchgears,

n) Replacement and construction of new electrical and control installations in and inside the pumping station facilities,

o) Replacement of the outdoor lighting pole with a new one with an LED luminaire and placing it in a new place,

p) Implementation of a new video monitoring installation (CCTV) of the facility,

q) Installation and configuration of GSM communication modem,

r) Visualization of work (HMI panel at the pumping station, visualization of work in the SCADA system at the Ordering Party's headquarters),

s) Dismantling of the existing and construction of a new fence of the pumping station with a gate and wicket in a new location,

t) Hardening the exit to the facility and making the surface of concrete blocks within the fence,

u) Arrangement of the area inside the fence,

v) Execution of lawns and plantings of shrubs,

w) The terrain around the fence of the object.

x) Ensuring the continuity of sewage pumping during the execution of works in the pumping station.
