The subject of the contract is a service consisting in the systematic collection and transport of municipal waste to the Regional Municipal Waste Processing Installation, i.e.: Karkonoski Centrum Gospodarki Odpadami sp. Z o.o in Ścięgny - Kostrzyca, directly from:

1) residential property owners;

2) owners of real estate where residents do not live and municipal waste is generated;

3) owners of "mixed" real estate (in part where residents live, and in part where residents do not live, and municipal waste is generated);

4) owners of real estate with summer houses or other real estate used for recreational and leisure purposes;

5) allotment gardens;

6) from cemeteries.

Collection and transport of municipal waste from the commune of Jeżów Sudecki in the period 1.5.2020-30.04.2022 to the extent consistent with the ToR.
